Drammen Scener has long enjoyed a high status as a cultural and entertainment venue and hosts more than 1300 events, conferences and performances every year at Union Scene and in Drammens Teater. The theatre is one of Norway's oldest, built in the 1770s.

Previously, the company faced challenges by limiting cost and resource use related to administrative tasks. Now the company has implemented web-based and tailor-made solutions, adapted to needs and desires, through Visma partner Cloud Connection.
- We chose to focus on web-based solutions because we saw that server solutions are expensive to operate, we also have some other software that is web-based. In the long term, we want to integrate all these systems in order to have a rational operation,” says Chief Financial Officer Lise Østensen. For Drammen Scener, the journey to the cloud has been a fun process. We see that cloud solutions are here to stay, so we look forward to seeing what the future holds.
