Broadband company Mid IT improved liquidity with Visma Net. Now they mostly handle purrings and debt collection completely automatically.
It went all the way to the forest.
This is how Wenche Fagerbekk in Midt IT explains how it went with the previous system they had for purring and debt collection. With AutoCollect in Visma Net, they now have a simple and good overview of outstanding invoices.

The broadband company transitioned to Visma Net a few years ago, after working at Visma Global. Fagerbekk explains that the transition was “a bit exciting”.
But it's been all right! We save a lot of time not having to punch manual payments. The system interprets, and then links the payments up against open records. I also know that there is more automation we can turn on as we see the need grow.
The company has also built a separate module for customer contracts.
“Visma Net is well prepared for us now. For example, we do not have monthly billing, but bill our customers quarterly. The system has great support for this.
“I like having the opportunity to be able to approve who will receive a collection notice and debt collection, before it is sent to the customer.

Integration between systems put an end to duplication
Visma has previously lacked a good offer to handle purring and debt collection. Mid IT thus ended up with an external system when they chose Visma Net in 2018, but it resulted in “a complete chaos”.
“Customers were doubled up by debt collection, and sometimes several customers were merged and the invoice went to one customer. It went beyond both our liquidity and our reputation,” Wenche says.
Therefore, in 2021, the company activated the AutoCollect service in Visma Net.
It's very easy and works fine. The integration between Visma Net and AutoCollect is good. I used to have to do a lot of double work, but that's gone now. We are also seeing that the payments are coming faster.
Wenche has adopted part of the automation in AutoCollect.
